How fast can I get paid if I choose to work with you?

You can be paid cash in as little as 10 days.

What happens if I decide to sell my property to you?

I will personally come to your property at your earliest convenience and go over the entire process with all the homeowners in detail. It is important all owners are physically present. There are many aspects and questions that need to be answered, such as liens, if the property's been vacant, if there are any zoning issues, etc. We can decide if we are a good fit for each other at that point, and if it is decided you'd like to sell, papers will be drawn up at that time and the process will begin to get your cash quickly!

What kind of properties do you avoid?

I will look at all properties, as long as the seller(s) are in need of help and want to sell quickly. I will not look at properties where a seller is not in need of quick cash or is not willing to sell quickly.

What areas do you buy properties in?

Twin Cities Metro area and Western Wisconsin, but I have a network of investors that I can get you in touch with if you are outside that area, so please feel free to ask me to get you in touch with an experienced buyer who will treat you with respect.

How much can I expect to get?

Every property is different. There is no straight answer to this unfortunately. In some cases, full market value can be paid over time if the seller is willing. I try to give multiple offers in most cases, so you can choose what works best for you.

What if it is an estate and not everyone can be physically present, but we still want to sell quickly?

It is best for all persons who are responsible for deciding to be present if possible. If everyone is in agreement though and a quick solution is needed, I will consider certain situations on a case by case basis.

What is your average price range of properties you work with?

Most properties I work with are under $500,000. There are rare exceptions though.
